Adrian Hailwood, Air New Zealand Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010

The ever quirky and daring Adrian Hailwood mixed freshness and modernity with gothic in a way that was just sexy for Spring/Summer 2010! Hair was partially wrapped in colorful silk scarfs with golden, brown and black curly long locks falling loosely on the shoulders. Makeup was a very clean face and gothic dark lipstick (just in time for Halloween) similar to what America’s R &B singer Rihanna has been rocking these days. Deisgns on the runway were quite flattering. Luxurious silks in blue and red clinged and moved with the body in a way that was attention and just SWEET!

We are unsure what designer Richie Rich and Actress Pamela Anderson were doing at the Air New Zealand Show. But, they apparently made an appearance. Maybe a new line in the works for Richie with Pamela as his muse? Time will tell . . .

The ever intriguing, popular and globe trotting New Zealand designer, Trelise Cooper, displayed a Spring/Summer 2010 collection for the 9th annual Air New Zealand Fashion Week that was totally adorable! Why? The cutest of kids were rocking Trelise Cooper.

Textures and fabrics were rich, colors exciting and silhouttes fun and fashionable just for kids!

Delta Goodrem, Kerri Anne-Kennerly Attend Bulgari’s 125th Anniversary Party

Famous Italian Jewelry and luxury brand Bulgari celebrated, yesterday, its 125th year in the jewelry design business with a birthday party at the Castlereagh Street store, in Australia. The party had a feel good aspect to it with porceeds benefiting “Save The Children” organization.

Australia’s LadybrilleStars like singers Delta Goodrem, Pixie Loft and Australia’s popular TV host Kerri Anne-Kennerly showed up in gorgeous designs to celebrate good times. Check out some of the pictures from the event.

Kinji, Hong Kong Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010

Japanese designer/label Kinji Spring.Summer 2010 collection was simple yet engaging. Its simplicity was reflected in fabric choices and simple color palettes like whites, grays and black. What it lacked in excitement in terms of fabric choices, it more than made up for with its Zen like geometric silhouettes which kept things very interesting and engaging.
