Who leaves the comfort of fame and notoriety in one country to start from scratch all over in another? Japanese American Utada Hikaru who is a singer, songwriter, arranger and record producer is doing just that. The very successful artist in Japan/Asia returns to the USA and has launched an English album called ‘This is the One” that she hopes will make her the first ever American Pop Asian Star.
