2009 BMI London Awards
On October 6th, 2009 Broadcast Music Inc., (BMI) an organization formed in 1939 as a non-profit-making performing right organization offering representation to songwriters of blues, country, jazz, r&b, gospel, folk, Latin and, ultimately, rock & roll, honored UK and Europe’s premier songwriters, composers and music publishers at its annual BMI London Awards.
Hosted by BMI’s President & CEO Del Bryant, BMI Senior Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations Phil Graham; and Executive Director, Writer/Publisher Relations, Europe & Asia Brandon Bakshi, the event was held at London’s Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane.
The event celebrated and honored 2008′s most-performed songs on U.S. radio and television. Below are some interviews from some of the celebrity attendees present.
